Why us
Good Service. Good Prices. Good Fellas.
The name is not a gimmick. It is the standard the family has been held to in Tucson homes for years, and it carries over to this side of the business unchanged.
Good service
One point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final walkthrough. You always know who to call and what happens next.
Good prices
A written scope with real numbers before anything gets torn out. Change orders in writing, never a surprise on the final invoice.
GoodFellas
The same Tucson family behind GoodFellas Air Conditioning and Plumbing, which has spent years earning trust in thousands of homes across this valley.
How it works
Five steps, no surprises
Most remodel horror stories come from the same place: nobody wrote it down. Here is the order we work in, every job.
Walkthrough
We come out, look at the real space, and listen to what you actually want. No sales pitch, no same day pressure to sign.
Written scope and price
You get a document that spells out every line of the job with real numbers and real allowances. You know the price before demo day.
Plans and permits
Drawings, engineering, and permit submittal handled by us. We tell you the honest timeline, including the parts we do not control.
Build
One project lead, one schedule, weekly updates. Changes go in writing before they happen, never after.
Final walkthrough
We walk it with you, build the punch list together, and finish it. The job is done when you say it is done.
Our work
Before and after is the whole pitch
Remodeling sells itself when you can see it. This is where finished projects live, side by side with what they looked like on day one.
About these images: the project scenes on this page are illustrative examples of the kind of work we do, not photographs of GoodFellas Home Solutions projects. Our own before and after photography replaces them as the first projects are completed and documented.
Same family. New side of the business.
You may already know GoodFellas from air conditioning and plumbing. GoodFellas Air Conditioning and Plumbing, our sister company, has been into thousands of Tucson homes, and its reviews came from doing the boring things right: showing up when it said it would, charging what it quoted, and cleaning up after. That is the record this company is being built to match, on its own work.
GoodFellas Home Solutions is the contracting side. Bigger projects, longer timelines, same standard. And when a remodel touches mechanical or plumbing work, that expertise is already in the family instead of subbed out to somebody you have never met.
Brent and the GoodFellas Air Conditioning and Plumbing team. Same owner, same standard, and the people GoodFellas Home Solutions is built to live up to.
