It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. We show you the photos and give you both options when both make sense.
My tile looks fine. Is the roof fine?+
Not always. On a tile roof the underlayment underneath does most of the waterproofing, and it wears out long before the tile does.
When should I do it?+
Before monsoon season is the best time. After a leak shows up inside, it is already costing you.
