Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for construction work. Any project GoodFellas Home Solutions Incorporated performs is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Information on this site

Descriptions of services, timelines, and processes are general and for information only. They are not a quote and not a guarantee. Every project is priced from a walkthrough and a written scope.

Estimates and scope

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding estimate. Pricing, allowances, and schedules become binding only in a signed written agreement, and changes to a signed scope are handled through written change orders.

Licensing

Contracting work in Arizona is regulated by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. GoodFellas Home Solutions Incorporated holds AZ ROC #332598. That number can be looked up and verified directly with the Registrar, and the Registrar’s record is authoritative rather than anything stated here. Scope of work is limited to the classifications that license carries.
