Will it match the existing house?+
That is the job. Stucco texture and roof line matching are where additions usually look wrong, so we plan both before framing.
Can you convert a garage instead?+
Often a garage conversion gets you the room for less than a ground up addition. We will tell you if that is the better move for your house.
