Kitchen remodeling in Tucson

The room everybody ends up in

A kitchen remodel touches everything. Cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, lighting, flooring, and often a wall you did not expect to move. We handle all of it as one job with one schedule, so you are not the one calling four trades to figure out who goes next.

What is included

The scope, spelled out

  • Full design and layout planning before anything is ordered
  • Cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixture selection with real allowances
  • Plumbing and electrical rough in, permitted and inspected
  • Appliance fit verification before the cabinets are built
  • Flooring, paint, trim, and final punch list

Not our rules

The Arizona Attorney General tells you what to demand

The state’s own contractor fraud guidance says to insist on a detailed written scope and timeline, and to tie deposits to milestones rather than paying up front. We built our process to satisfy that list point by point, so you are not taking our word for what good looks like. You are taking theirs.

The free guide walks through the whole checklist, including how to check us.

How it works

From first walkthrough to final punch list

Step 1

Free in-home walkthrough

We look at the real space, measure it, and listen to what you actually want changed. No same day pressure to sign anything.

Step 2

A written scope and a real price

Line by line, with real allowances for cabinets, counters and tile. You get it in writing before demo day, not a number on the back of a card.

Step 3

One crew builds it

The same people who walked your kitchen finish it. Change orders in writing, approved by you first, no surprise invoices.

Before, during, after

Shot from the same angle, so nothing hides

Every project gets photographed from one spot at each stage. The three below are illustrative examples of what a Tucson kitchen remodel looks like at each stage, not GoodFellas Home Solutions projects, and they get replaced with our own work as the gallery fills up.

Being straight with you

We are newer at this than the AC trucks

You might know the name from the AC trucks. Same family, same standard, and this is a separate company with its own licence and its own crew.

On the remodel side we have fewer reviews than companies that have been doing it for decades, and we are not going to dress that up. What we can hand you today is the licence number, the classification, the bond and the insurance, and a written scope before a single cabinet comes off the wall.

Verify our licence at roc.az.gov before you call us. We would prefer that you did.

What you actually get

Four things we put in writing

Most of what goes wrong in a remodel goes wrong before the work starts. These are the four places it happens.

A written scope before demo day

The work written down before anyone swings a hammer.

A real price, changes in writing

The price you agree to is the price we work to.

One crew, start to finish

No revolving door of subs you never met.

A schedule you can plan on

Cabinet lead times confirmed before we give you a date.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked

How long does a kitchen take?+

Most full kitchens run six to ten weeks on site once materials are in hand. The honest answer depends on cabinet lead times, which we confirm before we give you a start date.

Can we stay in the house?+

Usually yes. We talk through a temporary kitchen setup during the walkthrough so you know exactly what you are living with and for how long.

What drives the price?+

Cabinets and countertops are the two biggest line items, followed by whether the layout moves plumbing or walls. We price all three openly so you can decide where the money goes.
