Above a certain size, or with power run to it, usually yes. We check your lot and handle the permit.
Will it stay cool in the summer?+
Yes. A room you cannot cool in July is not a room in Tucson, so we plan cooling from the start.
Garage conversion or new building?+
A garage conversion is often less money. A new building keeps your garage. We will tell you which fits your house better.
