Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask GoodFellas Home Solutions Incorporated to delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time. This covers details submitted through the forms on this site, by phone, by text, by email, and anything we received through Facebook or Instagram, including a lead form or a message.

How to request deletion

Email info@goodfellashomesolutions.com with the subject line “Delete my data”, or call (520) 812-5265. Tell us the name, phone number, or email address you used with us so we can find your records.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 5 business days and delete your information from our systems, including our customer database and any advertising audiences it was part of, within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation when it is done.

What we may keep

If you are a customer, we keep the records the law requires us to keep, such as signed contracts, invoices, permits, and warranty documentation for work performed. Those are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for marketing.

Facebook and Instagram

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or message, you can also remove the connection on your side through your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and Websites. Doing so does not delete what we already received, so send us the request above as well.
